Complaint marked as Resolved I have an issue with Bajaj Service provider in Hisar (Sant Auto -Hisar). When I was visited in this branch and ask for my bike claim they said left bike here and we’ll process its claim further. But till now any positive response yet not received to us. When I ask to Mr. Samsher Singh (Customer Support) for owner’s contact number (Mr. Sunil Dahiya), he simply refuse me for it and gave another number. He also says that they were not sure when will your claim settled and due to this, I’m very disappointed. Since 11.09.2023 I have been searching around agency but haven’t found a satisfactory solution yet.
So, I request you to please provide support to resolve my claim settlement issue of my Motorcycle. I have no other alternative because of this bike.
I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
