Sir, my brother in law having one new maxima diesel auto he has expired last month. Now the doesn't have any financial background to pay this amount so we thought will sell the vehicle to anyone. But they are saying that the market value of this vehicle is less its just 10000 rupees plus they will pay the loan. We are to surrender the vehicle back we need only that money he paid for the loan.
