The last time when i went to a Bajaj authorized service center, the manager added unnecessary expenditure in my bill. The service charges applied doesn't match the work done. I gave a bad feedback for the same. When I asked and pointed out the discrepancy, he said that the Bajaj System has not been updated.     Dear Team,

    My uncle purchased the Vehicle on DOR:18/9/2020 Pulsar 150 DTS-i, jai bajaj auto mobile tambaram sanatorium, chennai, TN. 2nd service(jai bajaj service center, sembakkam, chennai) it self am informed bike internal issues( RPM yellow indication light on some time and bike struk in running time) but ur dealer service person said issue clear. but up to till last service also finished. now its came big issue. while driving bike get stuck after every 2 to 4 KM in between. its very irritating to me. so i informed semabakkam jai bajaj service center persons last week 6th OCT'2021 morning 9am and hand over the bike also same time directly they checked given to me its only air lock problem now clear, so i taken on 7th morning but again same issue faced on same day its self so again i given my bike to them 8th morning 9am after 2days crossed they tested and said its petrol pump problem, so we ordered that in warranty once received will replace and give bike ..after few days later 16th they called me said issue closed, so get the bike but indicate yellow light still on mode bcz still issue not rectified fully we ordered (some thing they said) once received that also will replace in warranty mode rectifie all issue.

    i dont know why so many problem in new model just after buy 6months facing so many problem. i never expect this from bajaj bike. also not available spare parts every time need to order . then y ur selling this kind of bikes. am very angry on this issue. still its not closed.

    i need a justification properly otherwise i will go for legally on this.

    Bajaj compliant status updated ID - 3022661. Still my bike issue compliant not resolved..still that showroom person told spare parts not received. Order placed more than 27days back. Why it's occurred new bike just 13months crossed internally so many issues. Kindly rectify the problem. I need solution. Update me still not received any mail from Bajaj auto

      I had given my two wheeler (RS200) for servicing at ubalenagar service centre, as my two wheeler(RS200) was not getting started. The amount/quantity in the bill besides Item Throttle Body is 2 instead of 1.
      Kindly confirm as to why have you mentioned the quantity of the item double(2).
      Also please let me know the point contact to escalate this and get a clear idea on the discrepancy.

            There is a wiring problem in my bike and I've already fixed that earlier but now that same issue generated again and again. It's been almost 1 year but no solution has been done by Bajaj Dealers regarding this issue. I hope before my warranty period expires, Dealers will do something about this.

              I GAVE MY NS200 AT GARVE BAJAJ WAKAD FOR CHAIN SPROKET REPLACEMENT THEY'RE DOIN BURNOUT ON MY BIKE I NOTICE THAT MY REAR TYRE IS ALL WORN OUT I COMPLAINT THE INCHARGE THEY SAID WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING for that and also my bike time thay giving for pickup was at 3:30 but i had to wait untill 6:00 .if you want to do your bike servicing never go in this showroom .

                Dear Sir,

                I was purchased the bajaj pulsar 125 cc bike in the last year 12.11.2020 from the Biyani Automobile bajaj showroom ADD: 129, Chakkiwale mahadev mandir, near railway station Mhow, Indore(M.P.) . Company told that the bike is given the mileage 60 - 65 km/ltr. but my bike is given me mileage of 35- 40 km/ltr. that is very low. I have visited showroom many times but they can't solved my bike issue and also my bike engine is also very heating.
                So, kindly solve my bike issue otherwise please change my bike.

                  Idk why bajaj are selling pulsar rs 200 if they dont have bike accessories and bike parts like switches they are not available anywhere I can't find my bike side stand Switch it's really disgusting it's not available in bajaj workshop or local shops it's a humble request pls help me to get this stupid side stand switch (sensor) or neither stop making rs 200 i[censored] can't make that bike parts or accessories

                    Purchased ct110x recently ...and have lots of issue...
                    Vehicle no: kl22p9701 (engine no: pfxpme39312)
                    1) Fuel valve not working (i had contacted bajaj service center ; pianeer bajaj kaniyapuram, they said its manufacturing problem and will be replaced under watterny and its almost 3 week nothing happened)
                    2) Speedo meter not working after 750 km, they saying the wheel crown is damage since its plastic ...and they dont have spae to replace because its bs6 and spare availability is very very less.
                    3) Sound from front shock absorber and back wheel brake drum ...
                    4) The service center which i went ; pianeer bajaj kaniyapuram, thiruvanathapuram, kerala state ...doesnt have water service have t do outside ...
                    it’s the issue of vehicle but service provider is not providing and saying spare availability is less and all i feel not true because its a new modal and without its spare supply company like bajaj wont intro such bike.

                        Dear team, i am having a bajaj Pulsar RS200 abs version bike with me and i had given my bike to santram bajaj service station in nadiad village, dist kheda, gujarat on 30 August 2021. At the time of giving a bike to the aervice station they tolde that it will take one or two days for servicing. I wait for 6 days but i had not received any call from service center so i called him then they sa8d thay some parts need to be change and it will take more 15 days because the parts are not available in this service center. After 15 daya i call again and again the same answer o received that the parts are not available and it will take more 15 days. Today is 16th october and till the time i have not received my bike from service center. Today on 16 october i again call to service center and told him that i do not want to replace any part and return my bike then they rudly reply that we have shortage of staff and not able to fitment bike today. They will give me a call tomorrow if my bike is ready.
                        This kind of service bajaj company is providing to the cuatomers. I have attached my service coupen below.

                            I'm facing very bad experience with your bike bajaj pulsar 150 i purchased dis bike on 15th march 2021 from mangalam bajaj annapurna road indore(M.P)

                            After sometime i facing mANY PROBLEMs with dis bike my running bike stopped mANY TIMEs on the road regarding sensor or plug issue with showing engine malfunction light on the digital

                            My bike jst not completed 3000 km yet & it has to vist 8 times toh bajaj service centre for regarding to resolve dis issues bt dis issues not resolved yet

                            Wat is dis bajaj?
                            wat are u all doing?
                            Where is your service team?

                            my bike has visited 8 times to service centre regarding dis problems before 2nd free service

                            I purchased dis bike for my danger profession

                            As a proffesion I'm investigative journalist my proffesion is very risky my life suffers 24 hours in danger coz of my enemies

                            If any emergency conditions occurs with me someone is there behind to harm me & i have to run on dis ### bike & suddenly if dis bike stops on the road regarding sensor or plug issue wat will I do then

                            Only option is I have to die on the road

                            My family has to cry for me with my dead body

                            I[censored]r not capable to resolve my issues bajaj tell me clearly no issue at all i will take a immediate legal action against you

                            Very shame bajaj it's really my worst of worst experience wid u guys I will purchase a cycle for me but in future I will not purchase any bajaj bikes

                              Dear Bajaj,

                              I was purchase my bike domino 400 in may 2019. MH43 BS 5352

                              It was my best moment when I upgrade it, because I continuously trust bajaj bike before this bike, my previous bike bajaj pulsar 150 then pulsar ns 200.It means i have faith in this brand.

                              There is so many brand in market but before I choose any other brand I select Baja Dominar as because of logn trust and service satisfaction.
                              Bajaj Dominar is premium bike it give me feel like Superbiker.

                              Now come to the point when I was purchase this bike some issue face in it & it takes time as try to resolve this from Vashi service centre but they having stupid reason even they don’t resolve it from their end.After long time my friend suggest me to visit Ulhasnagar service center so I went to Ulhasnagar Bajaj service centre and the guy his name Pintu solve this within 10 to 15 minutes.
                              It means if you don’t know the fault then try to know and resolve, don’t give fake and stupid answer

                              Now the problem is my bike is it takes slight load on right side and the reason from Vashi service centre is bajaj upgrade silencer that’s why its slight load right side

                              I did all service of my bike from Vashi service center but when I checked its warranty then it showing that the periodic service is not on time that’s why warranty is not applicable.only first service is showing in system.

                              Vashi service centre not update my service on time and they did my service without oil change.

                              During second and third service time because of oil shortage I added oil when its available but they updated this service on paid.
                              Even u can check for every small and single parts I went Bajaj service enter because of my trust in Bajaj service

                              During second and third service my fuel sensor also change on warranty. Now if that part is replace on warranty then why head assembly also replace on warranty.

                              Warranty of my bike end in 2024 but because of miss entry in system i dont get claim under warranty but they force me to take AMC form service center so that we can continue my warranty till end.It means what?

                              As you know 2019 bajaj Dominar having tappet noise issue & it resolve from bajaj in warranty after replace head assembly complete set.
                              because of Vashi service centre not enter my 2 service entry in system my bike warranty not applicable

                              So as you know bajaj is trusted company in market and even we trust also, so the point is no one is help to resolve this issue even service center manager and area service manager are also involve in this.

                              So I am request you to pls resolve my tappet noise issue after change head assembly under warranty

                              I already sent mail regarding this but till didn’t revert any mail from your side this is final mail to you and request you to resolve it from your end.

                                The service centre destroyed my disk brake while opening it and charged 1200 for it after that every thing they charged was far above the normal price ( at bajaj genuine shop), the staff there is not very supportive, they always add some hidden price, and i had taken AMC of 1 year after that they charged rs 100 for labour, if i had gone to normal machanic shop they would have charged rs 800 but at service centre they charged 2500 rs, i don't wanna go there in future even if i have my 2 free services left, please look into the action and speedily redress my problems or i am gonna take legal action against the exploitation of general customer at the concerned service centre.thanking you in advance

                                  I had been facing an issues with my bike. I thought that service centers are meant for repair and services for their compamy's product. But i was wrong i guess.                                   My bike Platina was met with accident, i'm repaired my bike from Mohali Bajaj in accidental claim. but that time my bike repaired & brake pedal was not in stock & the advisor said the part was in ordered & pending to fitment in my bike. so i took my bike after repair.approx 2 month delay in part replacement & till now part replacement pending in my bike.

                                    I have visited 15 times in showroom for vehicle complaint but till now it didn’t resolved.they told come tomorrow there is shortage of technician next day i went on that day also same excuse shortage of technician if bajaj have shortage of technician why they are selling vehicle on purchasing of vehicle they have to tell we have shortage of technician i cancered can adjust then only you buy vehicle otherwise u dont buy..worst service experience i have ever faced in my whole life.
