Bajaj Auto — Bajaj Authorised Service centre cheated me

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Abhinay Jha from Pune-411014. I have been cheated from the Bajaj Service center on the name of service. Please find some time to go through the details of my complain and the issues mentioned. I am using Pulsar 150, 2005 model. On 20th Feb 2015, I went to Krishna Auto service center, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune with the complain that bike does not have good pickup. I was replied by Mechanic that the clutch and its related plates need to be changed. I had to pay Rs.1613. I could notice and reported the same back to the mechanic that the bike still had some issues like no good pick-up, engine stops on 2nd and onwards gears. The mechanic replied that because of many vehicles in queue, I need to get back the vehicles on some other day. Besides that fact that I am working person and I hardly find any time, I went back on 6th March and on 7th March, he had similar reply. Sorry We were busy and could not look into your vehicle. I was ridicule. Again on 20 the March I had similar reply form the mechanic. When On 17th Of March, I went and said the bike is in worst situation, please look into the issue. I got the reply that I need to change the clutch and it related plates . It was shocking for me. How come the issue can occur again? I have already paid you for the plates and services, why are you saying like this?. I had no-option. I left the bike there for maintenance and this time I am charged with Rs.1325 (approx). The mechanic now has many reason to hide his faults. Now Sir, it’s not about the money but about the fact that because of their faults and improper services, why should I pay and bear the loss. I had handed over the bike for maintenance and asked them to look into the complete issue along with servicing. After some time, they are asking me to pay for similar things. Many of my friends had complain about this service center. I am worried, is this an Authorized Bajaj service center or a fake one?. If this authorized one, the company should look into the issue and I need my money back along with the proper services done. So I would request you to assist me out of this condition. Such cheating propensities of service centers always cause loss to the customer like me. We are very general people and cannot pay our time towards going to police or court for such issues.
