Bajaj Auto — Bajaj discover 100 m bike / jerking issue | |||||
My bike has got severe jerking problem. After riding the bike for 15 kms just after taking the bike out of the showroom, i noticed severe jerking issue. I took the bike to the service station and complained about this issue and asked them to give me another new bike. They refused to agree with my request and promised me that this issue can be resolved during the 1st service. Likewise i submitted the bike at the service station several times and the technicians did their best to fix the issue but they could not do any good yet over a year now as this is a manufacturing defect. It's been over a year now and the jerking problem still continues. I am facing ineffable problem with this bike due to jerking issue. I have escalated this issue to higher up several times and even wrote to the Bajaj Auto customer service to take action. Although, there hasn't been any action taken from the concerned team yet. When i asked them for re-sale of the bike at the service station, the sales guy coated the prices (28, 000) in just 12 months. I am concerned because i am paying 60, 000 INR to buy this bike but i did not get a bike that is worth of my money (60, 000). I am not happy neither with the bike's performance nor with Kalyani Bajaj. I am taking this matter legally to ask for claims. Was this information helpful? | |||||
