Bajaj Auto — Bajaj platina 100 ... I am complaining about tyre problem

We bought bajaj platina bike in July 2021. At sirsi . till now we driven 7200 kilometers .. But the rear tyre is broken now .. And the dealer is not responding me . please respond me soon i am attaching the photos with this form
