I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 125 cc bike from Vaishnavi Bajaj Bulandshahr (U.P) last year on Dec 2020 registeration number UP13BR3426.
All my service was done at vaishnavi bajaj only and my bike is still in warranty period.
Today i go to Vaishnavi Bajaj Agency for my complaint regarding my bike shockers but unable to get satisfactory answer by the staff and management team there. I requested them to change my bike shockers after getting tested by their technician, first they said we will replace them but we don't have shockers in stock. So, it will take approx 15 days but after some time they all said we will not replace them under warranty instead we will get them repair, but i don't want to repair them because in 1 year all four shockers become useless so after repair how much time they will be working good thats why i want them to change under warranty.
I request you to please look into this matter and resolve my problem because of shockers my front mud gaurd, head light viser & number plate cover was broke down & Engine light is showing continiously. Was this information helpful? |
