I completed this loan in the year 2014. I received NOC but I didn't remove the hypothecation from RC. So, I recently requested Bajaj for a renewed NOC which I received last week. When I submitted this at RTO, they said the form 35 is missing the QR code. So, I need to request my financier to send a confirmation mail to RTO with me in CC.
I then sent a mail to bflcustomercare and then contacted their support. The support agent repeatedly told me that it will take 48 hours to send this mail. I requested her for the possibility of sending this mail little earlier as am travelling this month end. She denied it rudely. When I pointed out that they didn't follow government guidelines with form 35, she got even ruder. Then I escalated this to their customer service head and nodal officer with no response or action from their end.
Today is 3rd day and am still waiting to receive this mail.
BAJAJ IS ALWAYS UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. Please never go for any bajaj loans. I hope bajaj will take some action after this complaint. Was this information helpful? |
