I purchased a bajaj bike from dewan auto, lajpat nagar. It has been six months i have not been informed nor acknowledged if the rc has come from the authorities or not and not even intimated the reason of the delay. There is no after sales service from bajaj dewan dealer. It’s too worrisome for the brand like bajaj as customers like me wont ever recommend the brand to anyone. Hope this may help the company to work on their goodwill.
