My bike pulsar 220f is just 4 months old and still under the warranty; bike was taken to popular bajaj after the bike accident for which i had claimed oriental insurance for the accident. After the survey by insurance person, surveyor had told to check the chassis and fork, if it is necessary to replace with new one; but after the repair, i got the bike back, the alignment of the bike was improper. I gave the bike back since it was not safety for me to ride the bike without the proper alignment. Now bajaj service person telling me, it can't be done anything. I want this to be solved asap. Second thing is ; bajaj service center has charged 5000 as labour charge, but insurance team reimbursing 2800 out of 5000 [ mine is zero depression insurance]. When i questioned insurance team for reimbursing less amount; they told me to ask bajaj service center personnel since it is not worth of charging 5000. When i approached bajaj service center asking for the same, they negligently told me that we bill the labour charge based on the amount which insurance reimburse, we will put extra 50% labour charge for customer and we want customer to pay the half labour charge.
