I have given Pulsar 200 NS 2013 model(KA41Y2999), for service on 13 th November 2021, (km 44236, job card no: 10866, at Varun motors, autonagar Vijayawada.
We have been informed that, there is shortage of manpower and the bike service will take some time. We received the bike after service on 1st December 2021. We paid Rs.15021 as service charges.
We observed that the battery symbol blinking and after some time it is discharged. And also observed that over heating symbol flashing on screen.
We have given the bike, back to same service center on 11th February 2022. Job card number 17324, km 44293.
We have not used this bike due to Corona lockdown for the college. We run only 49 km.
Service center people called on 15th February and informed that the bike wiring need to change and one Relay is missing. I have visited the service center and found that the wiring is joined at many places and the relay Pertaining to the radiator is missing from its place.
We don't have any kind of knowledge about this situation. We never took the bike out side bajaj for any kind of service.
I guess this is happened at their service center, when the bike is parked there from 11th Nov 21 to 1st Dec 21.
They just joined the bike wiring, where ever RAT cut the wires. And simply they handed over the bike to me on 1st Dec 21.
Now they want to charge me for that again.
This is purely a criminal act. I would like to get justice through this window. If not possible, I will knock all possible doors for the justice.
