Hello Team,

Bajaj Auto finance team has posed unnecessary bounce charges on my loan account as mentioned in the subject line and amount of bounce charge is Rs.531.
While I had the sufficient balance on the EMI date and still having the sufficient balance, I have already mailed them with proper proof (including my bank account statement and loan statement and on [protected]@bflaf.com .

and called customercare executive several times, but not getting any resolution, they are just ignoring my request and not replying to me.

I am cursing myself that I have taken loan from Bajaj Auto Finance.

Please help me in this.

Updated by kumarpushpam I have not been called even a single time over this issue, please let me know, how can I escalate this issue and should I go for customer grievance cell.
