Bajaj Auto — complaint against dealer

This is to bring in your notice that one of your dealer k. V motorsg-9, plot no. 169, gyankhand 4, indirapuram, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201014 cheated with me. He has taken rs 5000 in advance to repair my bike but i found that they used duplicate parts to repair, even i have caught them red handed to take out my bike outside from the service center to repair.
I needs your intervention to look into this as my problem still not resolved.
