With regards, it is stated that i have purchased a bike from raja motors, dabwali road, sirsa on dated 20/08/2018.
I again approached the agency for first service of my bike on dated 04/09/2018, but i feel sorry to say that it was the worst experience of my life.
I reached at service centre at 9:30 am they conveyed me that “if you are having any kind of job in city then you may bring your bike at 11:00 am because we are having number of bikes pending before you in queue”. Then i approached them at approximately 11:45 am and verbally they conveyed me that “you may collect your bike at 02:30 pm”.
When i returned back to service center i was astonished to see that they did not started process even at 02:30 pm. I asked everyone over there regarding this delay and why had not done my work, why had they wasted my whole day, nobody replied me in this regard. Then i went to manager of the agency& conveyed everything and asked about complaint book? All of the sudden he started shouting on me and told me that “we don’t have any complaint book in our service centre. If you have any complaint against us you can go anywhere”.
Though i have got service of my bike done by them in late evening. Yet my whole precious day was wasted. I request the higher authorities to take a proper action and send me copy of action taken report as soon as possible.
