This is my loan no. L2WMUM06125314 i have paid all my dues, one of your employee called us asked to us to pay all money with settlement +[protected] that's his phone number he said after paying your settlement amount you will receive your noc within 9 days. Here is the Waiver Case Created (Request Id : [protected]), i did my payment on[protected], its past 9 days that guy has blocked our number and not picking up the call we are not able to connect with customer care as well. We would like you to take serious against against that guy, he must be registered in your database if you're not to take any action we are suing you for all the fraud claims made by your employee.
We have still not received any updates about our noc, if this keeps happening we will file a police complaint against you.
Please do the needful as soon as possible
