Hello Team, I hope to write this email under better circumstances. I am a proud owner of Dominar 2020 model – Vehicle number KA04KD4901. Since May 2021 till date, I had been nightmare with your service center & to get my vehicle permanent fixed. Issue 1st reported on May to Bangalore (Indiranagar Service center moved to Kasturba Nagar since June), Issue: I have just one issue (Every time I ride an error comes “High coolant temperature). It appears from nowhere & with no fixed pattern from highway to city traffic anywhere & RPM locks engine gets so heated that headlights become complete foggy. Unable to spread light on road & ride longer with that condition. Resolution: Till date, service had changed 60% of my engine components starting from Head to timing change to coolant system…etc Time taken: More or else exception of 10days, the vehicle had been submitted 8times during May till Sep end Escalated to Sampath Kumar (Bangalore head) in August with a promise to get permanent resolution on 11th Aug Spent nearly 10K on service center & at least 8-9K in petrol just for testing throughout the service duration Concerns: 1. Issue is still not resolved; a coolant error issue took 60% of engine part replacement including twice head assembly changes 2. Upfront payment… in May itself before my 1st service the Manager “Gururaj” asked me to make 9K payment in form of security 3. Mishandling each time on average keeping the bike 2- 3 weeks, it was returned empty tank with a promise of issue is resolved (Odo in 1st service 5K – last returned from Service center 5.9K), nearly 800KM it was tested for 4 months 4. Nonstop calls & messages. Guru ensures to nonstop communicate & give sideway explanation of keeping the bike so long with reoccurring issue 5. Begged to have my bike back from service centers during Aug for my family rides & missed all festive seasons 6. Harassment for time visiting & missing own vehicle in Bangalore commute Company unable to fix a defect should take the vehicle back or replace with a new engine, I have all the communication & proof which shared during escalation to Bangalore head.
