[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Damaged front rim of my pulsar 220 motorcycle.

I have purchased a pulsur 220 motorcycle from m/s society motors kanpur in the month of october 2016. From very beginning i noticed that air in the front wheel is not stable. On being checked in the workshop of m/s society motors saket nagar kanpur the work shop manager has informed that there was a minor crake in the front wheel rim, due to which air in the tubeless tire is not stable, but he denied to replace it saying that it does not covered under warranty item and suggested to claim it from insurance company. Is it proper
