I purchased Dominor 400 on october 6th 2022.I purchased the bike from Visakhapatnam Siripuram branch, Andhra Pradesh and I drove 100 km on 1st day to reach my hometown Narsipatnam.
It started giving trouble from the next day i.e.s 7th October 2022. I took it to the Narsipatnam showroom on 8th October, they updated some software and returned me the bike without fixing the issue.
I again returned the bike to Narsipatnam Showroom on 10th October as 9th Sunday was a holiday. They cleaned some sensor and returned me the bike without fixing the issue.
As I am not in the town my friend picked the bike from showroom and kept it at my home.
I checked the bike on 22nd October as soon as I came back and still the issue is present.
I took it to the Narsipatnam service center, they asked me to wait till they receive the sensor. Now I noticed black smoke coming out from my bike which happens only for old vehicles.
I drove only 140km's till now, that to 100 km on the first day.
I purchased the highest model of the Bajaj bikes, Dominor 400 and within 1 day it started giving me issue. I want you to replace this bike with proper bike which doesn't have any issue's or return me my money back.
I want immediate action to be taken or else I will go legal on the Bajaj Showroom for selling me some default/broken vehicle.
