Bajaj Auto — Engine Oil leakage since the purchase of Bike.

Hi, I have purchased Bajaj Avenger in May-2014 from Gems Automobile, Pune. From the first day there is a problem of oil leakage in my Bike. I have completed 3 Services and every time the mechanic opened the engine and put some packaging but the problem is still remains. Due to this my bike's performance has decreased drastically. Please look into this matter as I have completely fed up with this issue. I have been suffering with this issue since May-2014 and I have complaint for this at the time of servicing of bike every time. If I won't get satisfactory action against my complaint, then I am left with no option than go to Consumer Court.
