Sir, I am already filed complain five times in this regard and your company already aware in this issue and as per bajaj Kalyani dealer’s request I have visited on 30.12.2017 for testing and they agreed for my complain but not taking any action. Hence, once more time I am requesting to you that please issue the cheque of rs.1, 14, 000/-(Rs.89000/- bike price and Rs.25000/- service charges) with interest immediately and I have already filed a complain in consumer forum and after issued cheque I will be handover the bike and necessary action will be taken within two days otherwise I will be filed a case in consumer court Kaveri Bhawan Bangalore my contact No. [protected]

Updated by Rewad After putting several complaints you have not been replaced my poor quality bike and not taking seriously of my issue even after filing of complain to consumer forum. Now, I will file a case against you to consumer court shortly.
