Hi My name is Meenakshi Anand and I am from Mumbai. I bought a new Bajaj pulsar - 150 cc bike for my husband last year (Jan'2014) and was really excited as Bajaj is our trusted brand and we keep suggesting the same to our friends and family. Also w were planning to buy the same bike for my brother to gift him for his wedding which is due in Dec'15.
However our excitement and happiness did last for long and the journey of disappointed started when we started giving our bike for complimentary services. Every time when we gave our bike for servicing at Suryoday Bajaj Service Center, which is Bajaj authorise service centre located at Mira Road ( Mira Bhayander Road, Hatkesh Udhog Nagar, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayander, Maharashtra 401107) we face many problems. The service centre guys ruined the entire bike completely and even the pant got chipped from the engine, handle and main body and now the when we complaint about this they took the bike and again did the servicing and the next day we found that not the auto start button stopped working again we showed the bike to them and again the same issue.
Moreover whenever we complain them the employees treat us badly and say "Ab kya ho gaya" as if they are doing some kind of favour on us and their attitude is so rude and unprofessional that we are forced to tell everyone they should not buy Bajaj bikes as post buying they will face problems for servicing.
There at the service centre the bike engineers say talk to our manager and manager always remain out and speaks to us only over phone and never come face to face and lady at the reception is to disrespectful that she even make face in front of everyone.
We are extremely disappointed and would request the Bajaj company to help us as both o[censored]s are working and don't have much time to again and again take the bike to the service centre and face their humiliation.
