I wish to inform you that, I had contacted to your several office numbers but have no response. Detail of my calls are as:
[protected] : One of the lady answers the phone call but not introduced her name. She provided another number of Mr.Yogesh Sharma.
[protected] : Mr. Yogesh sharma was not available. One other person intoduced himself as Mr.Naveen. He told me to call after 15 minutes with a reason 'server down'.
[protected] : I tried lot for the said number after 30 minutes. Every time they disconnected the call.
[protected] : I dialed the said number. The same lady picked the phone and told me that Mr.Yogesh is sitting near to her and will take your call shortly.
[protected] : I tried a lot for the same, but all in vain. Somebody is only recruited to disconnect the call.
[protected] : I dialed to the previous number again. The said lady picked the phone and now she provided another number[protected] of Mr.Arun Sharma.
[protected] : It is ridicules that this number is also disconnected by some one.
[protected] : This time the same lady gives me an another number[protected] which she clarify as a customer care.
[protected] : One more person is recruited there for disconnecting the phone calls. I am impressed !
[protected] : Finally I called up your headoffice number. One of the person, provides me a customer complaint number[protected].
[protected] : I dialed this number also. Another person picked the phone and provides me another number[protected]...
In view of above, please clarify :
1) You are sitting on a service sector and is it your service ?
2) Did you actually have any customer care number or otherwise your executives are trained to how to make fool of others?
3) Isn't it is your responsibility to send a loan schedule and other detail to the customer address ? What if somebody took illegal benefit of the same ?
4) Isn't your responsibility to inform the customer at the time of finalization of the loan & tenure ?
I request you to please provide my loan schedule urgently.
