Dear sir, I had taken one loan for Bajaj Platina motor cycle from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd on 24th Feb 2007 at Balasore(Orissa). I had paid all the installments in due time & no more outstanding is laying in respect of my name/vehicle, but till today I have not got the Original Registration Certificate and Key of my vehicle after several requests and no one is there at Balasore Office to respond the complain. I also had been to Bhubaneswar Office for 3/4 times but they have no times to provide such types of services.
I had also such type of problem during my loan period for INSURANCE. After several follow-ups & remindrs, I did not get the 3rd year Insurance till today which was done by you .So the after sale-service of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd is very very poor. So you are requested to take nacessary steps to improve & provide the best service to your customers.

i had taken a loan for bajaj discover bike in 2008 n my vehicle no. is HRO6P 2752, I HAD paid alL my loan amount but BAFL is not giving me N.O.C . I AM TOTALLY EMBARRASSED AND NOW I M GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST BAFL .

I am totally agree. Look at the phone call details i mentioned in my complaint registered with the foreum.

I wish to inform you that, I had contacted to your several office numbers but have no response. Detail of my calls are as:
[protected] : One of the lady answers the phone call but not introduced her name. She provided another number of Mr.Yogesh Sharma.
[protected] : Mr. Yogesh sharma was not available. One other person intoduced himself as Mr.Naveen. He told me to call after 15 minutes with a reason 'server down'.
[protected] : I tried lot for the said number after 30 minutes. Every time they disconnected the call.
[protected] : I dialed the said number. The same lady picked the phone and told me that Mr.Yogesh is sitting near to her and will take your call shortly.
[protected] : I tried a lot for the same, but all in vain. Somebody is only recruited to disconnect the call.
[protected] : I dialed to the previous number again. The said lady picked the phone and now she provided another number[protected] of Mr.Arun Sharma.
[protected] : It is ridicules that this number is also disconnected by some one.
[protected] : This time the same lady gives me an another number[protected] which she clarify as a customer care.
[protected] : One more person is recruited there for disconnecting the phone calls. I am impressed !
[protected] : Finally I called up your headoffice number. One of the person, provides me a customer complaint number[protected].
[protected] : I dialed this number also. Another person picked the phone and provides me another number[protected]...

In view of above, please clarify :
1) You are sitting on a service sector and is it your service ?
2) Did you actually have any customer care number or otherwise your executives are trained to how to make fool of others?
3) Isn't it is your responsibility to send a loan schedule and other detail to the customer address ? What if somebody took illegal benefit of the same ?
4) Isn't your responsibility to inform the customer at the time of finalization of the loan & tenure ?

I request you to please provide my loan schedule urgently.

Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd — Not getting NOC

I have taken loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. for Bajaj Platina Vehicle No. MH-15 CA1280.
I have paid all EMI through ECS clearing. The payment was never bounced. The BAFL loan representative are following me for new fresh personal loans due credibility and on other hand inspite of several reminders on Toll Free number I am not getting NOC.

I wanted to sell out the above mentioned Two wheeler at the earliest but still almost after 3 weeks, I haven't received the No Objection Certificate as well as the blank cheques taken from me. So, I can't sell it out untill I receive the NOC.

I have purchesed one bajaji Discover 110 CC, under Hp with M/s.Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, dated on 14-07-06, tenure of twenty four months. My agreement was terminated on 15-04-08 without any single default, but past sixteen month, I have not yet received Noc and R.C.Book to above vehicle. so kindly arrange to send Noc and RC Book .

Not issuing NOC after clearing full loan amount requested this Bajaj Auto Finance company several times to issue NOC and all my efforts went in vain and there is no response from them. I have been requesting by way of emails, personal visits and phone regular intervals for the past 3 months.
i am from bharuch and bharuch office not take any action for my noc this office man only take money office nd not given answr regulerly past four months

Yes, They are not giving any NO DUE as confirmation of the repayment. Even my experiance is, they says that we can give you a statement of the the loan account on chargeable basis and for that you have to come to our BAFL office.

so you have to take a leave from the office and have to go and bag for the statement !!!

Sir,
I had taken a loan from bajaj auto finance ltd for PC of LG make in the year 2008 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and my praposal no is[protected] . There were total eight installments to be paid to bajaj auto finance ltd (4 installment Advance) through ECS.

On following dates ECS was cleared from my bank :-
1)05/05/2008
2)06/06/2008
3)05/07/2008
4)05/08/2008
5)06/09/2008
6)06/10/2008
7)06/11/2008 &
8)05/12/2008

but till date I am receiving calls from the recovery agents that my last installment is still due.
I had also personaly visited and complained to bajaj auto finance ltd (customer care executive Mr. Ramdev Patil and Mr. Happy), Ahmedabad and they said yes your all the installment of your loan is over and there is some problem with our software data, so we will send you NOC within 15 days but instead of making any solution of my problem they are disturbing me on a regular basis.They have sent recovery agents to my home and asking for money from my wife.I have given bank statement related to ECS clearance to one of his recovery agent but still no solution.
The height of negligance is that people from BAF calling me and telling that my cheque payment was bounced from bank and reality is that I have not paid any installment through cheque but only through ECS.On telling that I have paid through ECS then they are reasoning that may be ECS amount was wrong, so you have to pay remaining amount of it.

hope this time my problem will be solved and i will receive a satisfactory answer from you very soon.

Bajaj Auto Finance has financed a P.C. on the basis of Rs 1665 /16 installment. My Customer-id is 102724. My ECS started on 15th Nov 07. As per my Bank Statement i had paid all my 16 ECS upto 16th feb 09 without Fail and my ECS were stopped. Now your Executives are calling me again and again for a bounce of ECS on 17th march 08. Several times I had handed over my Bank statement to your Executives, this act of your Company means a Social & Mental Harassment to me and my family. Now Bajaj Auto Finance has Recovered an amount of Rs 1665 from my Bank A/C on 10th sep 09 without informing me. This act of your company is a financial harassment and forgery to me and my family. Till date your company has not sent me the N.O.C and my left over cheques.

Now I am asking the company why should not I take a legal action against them.
