Dear Sir/Madam,
As per the above subject line, I had purchased new Bajaj CT-100 DLX motorcycle thru. BAFL in Nov, 2004 & according to the HPA, it was my responsibility to pay regular EMI's to BAFL.
Now, the bike is going to complete 9 years of service & thinking to get a new Bajaj Bike in a buy-back scheme with Bajaj CT-100 DLX.
As per the Bajaj Finance Rule, It is mandatory to have NOC letter & subsequently asking the NOC from Bajaj Auto Finance Office, (C.G.Road, Panchvati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat), I came to know that still I need to pay certain outstanding amount, which is 7400 INR.!!!
The description is, "Late Payment Penalty". I am totally aware that due to insufficient balance, two cheques were bounced in the year 2005 & I have made cash payment at that time. Also, I received confirmation letter from Bajaj Auto, stating that the loan amount is clear & no more dues exists under my loan account.
Presently, I am residing in Ahmedabad & by mistaken, the NO DUES LETTER is not with me. I think, it is misplaced by me/my parents during shifting home from ANAND to AHMEDABAD.
So, let me know how to resolve this issue & how to get NOC letter from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd.
Just to inform you that I am fully aware that I have no dues from BAFL & nobody intimated me about the "late payment penalty". Neither I have received any letter or single call from BAFL regarding due payment. So, My request is to provide duplicate loan closure letter & resolve the problem ASAP.
So, it's request you to resolve this issue, as I can't justify the penalty & unable to pay full amount
