I had purchased one Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC motor cycle on[protected] through Ernakulam Popular Bajaj, an authorized dealer. in a few days o[censored]sing the vehicle, it was noticed that the engine turning of[censored]nexpectedly during the journey. At first it didn’t seem like a complaint. But later it is realized that the engine shuts off by itself after 2 km running of the vehicle. Later, I have raised a complaint in Pioneer Bajaj, Jagathy, Trivandrum ([protected]) and Kallingal Bajaj, Nedumangad ([protected]). They have tried to resolve the issue by replacing some the parts of the vehicle. But the service centers have not given an exact reply regarding the actual complaint or how to resolve it. In short, I have not been able to use this vehicle satisfactorily even for a single day. Now, I am quite disappointed. Serious complaint within 5 months from the purchase date is considered to be a manufacturing defect. The complaint has not been resolved till date despite examining the authorized service centers.
I am a retired Army person. I bought this vehicle with my hard earned money. I have purchased the vehicle through CSD canteen. I have made complaint in this regard to the Bajaj authorities and no response has been received till date. Considering the above facts, I humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and please be given proper directions to the authorities to replace the vehicle or refund the cash at the earliest.
