Hi, I purchase platina bajaj bike from dewan bajaj, lajpat nagar during nawratas. At that time i ask them regarding the fancy number for my bike, they told me i have to go to authority myself for that and i have to give them the order received from authority and they will process further. I went to the authority for number, they gave me the number and when i gave the papers to dewan bajaj manager, Mr.Kapil, he told me again that its not his duty to deposit papers, i have to again go to authority to deposit road tax and number charges, every time they give me wrong information, when i confirmed from the authority they told me its the duty of the dealer to deposit road tax and complete papers. but showroom people are straight away saying no.
