Dear Sir,
I have a bought a Discover 125M bike on April 6th 2015, on the first day itself I saw the oil leakage on the rear right side and left mirror glass has been damaged partially and some scratches as well. I complained all these to the showroom manager Mr. Bala and Service Manager but no action has been taken for a month, even I met them directly three times, before all these I paid the entire amount in cash and waited for more than two weeks of time for the delivery and on the registration day the entire Jai Auto (Chrompet) team made a mess on my original documents and reply recklessly.
At the time of 1st service, I have list down the following complaints but most of that are not taken care
Self-start not working (even now)
Gear shifting problem from 1 to 2
Engine noise
Noise from the back wheel when driving in 3rd gear
I have contacted them to discuss about these problems and to get the RC book but the staffs are behavior is ridiculous. Can I get justice, if required I may a complaint as well in Consumer Court since I am facing the discomfort and irresponsible reply’s from the Jai Autos Team in Chennai Tamabaram.
