I purchased one Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC motorcycle on 15/01/2021 from Bharat Bajaj, Patia, Bhubaneswar, an authorized dealer. After 1.5 years the vehicle had a short circuit inside its switch section. After that, it was noticed that the engine turned off suddenly during the journey. Then I gave a complaint to the showroom. Then they send a service engineer to my address. They checked my vehicle & told me to take the vehicle to the showroom. After that, I took the vehicle to the showroom. They took 5 days to resolve the issue & delivered me. When I got my vehicle it was fine, but after 2 hours again stated a new problem. My vehicle didn't start. Again I contacted to showroom & gave them the vehicle. After 1 day they resolved the issue & delivered me. After 2 to 3 months, the speedometer of my vehicle didn't work. I took it to the showroom, and they kept my vehicle for 1 day but didn't resolve the problem. They told me that the part was not available in the showroom/market & when it will be available, we will inform you. But they couldn't resolve my problem till today. In short, I have not been able to use this vehicle satisfactorily till today. Now, I am quite disappointed. A serious complaint within 5 months of the problem arise date is considered to be a manufacturing defect. Even my fuel meter is not working properly. The complaint has not been resolved to date despite examining the authorized service centers.
I am a private Employee. I bought this vehicle with my hard-earned money. Considering the above facts, I humbly request you to kindly intervene in this matter and please be given proper directions to resolve the vehicle issues as soon as possible.
