Bajaj Auto — Misbehaving of staff after servicing | |||
I went to Bajaj Auto (Torrent Industry), Ranchi for servicing of my Bajaj Discover st 125. JH01AU 8421. Bill generated was of 4550 which I paid. Before taking delivery my front tire was punctured and the bolt from where air filling is done was also broken. But when I Complained about this issue, the person in charge (Mr. Mehbub) told that it's customer fault and we as customers bring broken parts for servicing and later complain about it. My questions are as follows: 1. If part was broken why did he not confirm to me before servicing? 2. why didn't the part was changed during servicing if found broken? Mr. Mehbub indirectly compared me as fraud because I complained about the tyre after servicing. If as a customer I could have taken major actions nobody would have helped him, but I left him. After servicing I had to spend money for my tyre aftermarket. Very poor service and ill Manner from Bajaj Auto workers. Kindly take major actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
