Hi team,
This is regarding above my vehicle worst third free service and customer mishandling:
My vehicle reached 9652 km so i took for third free service at 07/10/2017 to bajaj service center vishaka auto no:22 arcot road, saligramam, chennai-600093.
I gave below alphabet listed complaints from 1st service itself (Even this 3rd service also i gave):
A. When taking u turn it’s automatically became fake gear (It means automatically gear stuck in between 2nd and 3rd gear bike not moved, symptoms same as neutral)
B. Brake noise
C. Water wash
1. Till now above complaints is not resolved. Even i visit again after completion of every service, they not doing this complaint and postponing for next service.
It seems they are not capable to doing such customer complaints
2. For all free services above bajaj service center will charged for labor and consumable.
It seems they cheating bajaj vehicle customers as well bajaj manufacturer
3. While giving my vehicle for 3rd free service there is no chain noise at all and i am not given any complaints on drive chains, after completion of this service severe noise from drive chain and harshness difficult to drive the vehicle. I take back again in 15 minutes they applied grease on drive chain (I am not allowed to applied grease in drive chain because it was not recommended by bajaj manufacturer, but they not listen my words) it is done in front of service manager edwin josehua. Still drive chain noise and harshness not resolved.
It seems such an expensive new bike they don’t know to handle as per bajaj recommended now it got spoiled drive chain and sprocket due to unskilled service peoples
4. Water wash is not done properly, because of still mud and stains is there, service and water wash people told that they washed for 6 times but no use at all. When i made a conversation with service adviser regarding water wash, washing boys were involved and spoken harsh words with me stating (It is always must be like this only, are you drive the bike in road or sky) it was not controlled by service adviser too. I suspect this picture back end is handled by service adviser or someone else.

For your kind information it is my hard earned money not cheated or stolen vehicle. Team kindly resolve as soon as possible on alphabet listed complaints, bill details, changing new drive chain sprocket and customer handling peoples.
