My complaint is Continue as per my last customer Ref. no CR-162165.
As per your reply, I went to the service centre dated 15th March 2015 and they made a job card. They told me that they will take two days for check & repairing my bike. I confirmed and went there on 16th March 2015. They give me a satisfactory form to fill up but I refuse to fill it because I told him that when I satisfied with your service then I will fill the form after one or two days. But they told me that if I did not fill the form they will not give my bike to me. Then I Consult with Head of branch Mr. Sameer Kalra, he told me “ MERA DIMAG MET KHARAB KARO “ and talk to service centre manager Mr. Himang. We have no another choice rather than to fill the form, forcefully I have to fill the form. But the same problem occur when drive the bike 8 to 10 km. So, I am not satisfied with your services and behavior of your Employee’s. I request you to resolve this problem on prior basis.
