Loan no L2WHSR09294449 Past before 8months I was purchased bike from bajaj finance I was paid correct emi for 7months and current emi 03/05/2022 may month due was bounced at only 2rupees shortage but bajaj finance was presented 3times at bank account 3times bounce charges was 1800+gst this is bank side another side bajaj finance charges is 531 but due amount is 2800 fine is 2500 penalty and collection agent as been called he told me to surrender the vehicle your given time is finished we have been given 18 days time for due date is 03/05/2022 bike seized at 21/05/2022 I asked to give seizure letter they didn't given they are asking to give me hand written letter to bajaj finance manager in that body message he told to write in the letter that I have surrendered the bike to bajaj finance I am not able to pay the emi I will surrender the vehicle to the bajaj finance bike will be left in action what remaining loss amount that pending I should pay by the court I asked them why I should pay you didn't given time to pay why you presented 3times at bank account they are saying while signing you didn't readed the documents in that we will put ecs 4times in a month we have rights I will put case upon you we will recovery money from court side you pay money at court bajaj customer service also no response so I am requesting to people be careful with bajaj sales and bajaj finance read before signing the documents they will make urgent to sign don't sign read first and sign it this incident was happened at krishnagiri district HOSUR bajaj auto finance and bajaj auto finance collection manager Was this information helpful? |
