Bajaj Auto — Penalty charges by Pankaj Auto sales patherdeva

My name Dhananjay Kumar Singh and I have take a platina BS VI in the month of October 2019 at Pankaj Bajaj auto sales, patherdeva . They not given vehicle number and document and told me first you submit the Rto penalty charges 4, 800 and I am asking for showing the penalty notice to me . He told me I can't show you first you paid me fully penalty charge.

And also I had paid my full loan amount and overdues charges but they charge me again Rs 3769

I want a statement of Rto penalty charges and transaction statement
