[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — platina comfortec

I have purchased my bike on january, the bike is giving black smoke from tail pipe from first month. The service technician told me to wait for two services. After that they have replaced valve and some bparts of my bike and now the smoke is coming from engine, bike not starting in morning etc. The power of the bike will get reduced if it is driven more than 30km, which was there since 2nd service. My bike is bajaj platina confortech. The service center vis not giving me any written data on the complaint till, now. They are refusing to give it.

Updated by vithal dev The bike was hand overed to the service centre for further repair and they gave job card. Since they were un able to resolve the issue we went to consumer court. They are arguing that we have kept our vehicle without there permission.(job card was issued by them)
The bike was also got in flood from there showroom.The Bajaj platina is worst bike I have bought, no mileage, power and manufacturing defect.
