Bajaj Auto — Poor quality of spare parts | |
I purchased pulsar 150 from ashoka automobiles, hamirpur, distt. hamirpur (hp) on 01/08/2016 after ten days it fell down from the side stand. on the next day i went to the sale/service centre from where i purchased the same. the service mechanic said me that the front head from the inner (part attached with headlight) has been broken and it costs to rs. 1400/-. now i am thinking about the quality of spare part and warranty provided by the company. i have purchased a new bike worth to rs. 80, 000/- and now after ten days they are saying me to pay 1400/- more for the spare part. is the spare parts of the bjaj auto limited are so weak and low qualitied that merely felling from the side stand it got broken? now they are saying me to claim insurance. i am very dissatisfied from the quality of the spare parts of the bjaj pulsar 150 and dont know but to do. have i done mistake by purchasing this bike in comparison to apache or fz? please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |
