[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — poor service after buying bike | |||
I recently purchased a new bike from them and gave the complete cash on the same day. They ask me to pay extra 2000 to get my passing done. I paid the amount and it took me nearly 3 months to get my number. Till that time as per government rules, i was not able to ride my bike. Whats the use of this if one cant ride the bike after getting it till 3 months. Whenever i used to call that showroom guy to ask about the status, he used to to tell me that it will be done within 2-3 days. Finally, after waiting for such a long time, i got it. This was not the case with me only. When i arrived their, some 3 guys that came to get the number at that time told me the same story. Their service is a complete disappointment. My another friend who brought bike from the nearby suzuki showroom on the same day got his number within 6 days. They always lie and dont give proper service. The employees are not at all polite.
