I bought Bajaj Dominar (REG. NO. UP15CM9192, ENGG NO. JFYCJK01985, CHASIS NO. MD2A67KY4JCK02171) in feb, 2018. I got the second free service of my bike from RNG Motors Kanpur, who eventually made service receipt without doing any service of my bike then i argued with them and cancelled the service documentation and further did my service(second) Society Motors Mcleod Ganj Kanpur, where they did the service but they entered the odometer reading wrong as 112754 Kms in-spite of 11275 Kms and because of that i can't service my bike for the third time for free as all the service centre are refusing for it. I made complaints since two months many times in Society Motors but to no avail. Complaint number which i did via phone on IVR is ISR-495978. This is a very unprofessional and rude response from a very reputed company which is obviously not expected. BAJAJ MOTORS WILL ONLY BE THE ONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY BIKE OR MYSELF. I AM HOPING FOR A VERY QUICK RESPONSE. Was this information helpful? |
