I purchased a bajaj pulsar 180 on 5th november 2018. The bike from the day one is pulling on left side. I raised a complaint on bajaj portal with reference number isr-449052 and visited the service center to get it rectified (Also got my bike serviced). But, unfortunately the issue is still not resolved as, the bike is still pulling on left side, also, they resolved the ticket. I again opened the ticket with the reference number isr-450648. Now, they have again called me on coming saturday (01 dec 2018) to their service center. I would request you to please make sure that the issue gets resolved this time or else, i will be escalating the issue to consumer court now. Was this information helpful? |
