I had bought pulsar ns 200 on Jan 14 -2022.Nearly 3 Months ago I met with an accident, In that My bike gear lever was got Crashed so I rushed to my nearby show room for changing my gear lever .At that time There was no stock in that show room but I can manage with that gear . Later after a month when i asked the showroom, They reply me that "gear was in stock now You can pay now and change that ". .After i had paid they did'nt tell me that it was a ns 160 gear and placed it to my bike .later whwn i asked to the mechanic and manager they forced me that it was a ns200 gear level but i clearly know the truth it was a ns 160 gear .after that the manager had gave me a assurance to place a correct gear lever on 2 months ago exactly on april.now it was a june still they replied me that there was no stock/spare of ns 200 but I can't know it was a true or not .I still got stuck with my bike while driving .these is a way you are Treating the customers like that ...
