Bajaj Auto — Regarding key

Dear sir/madam
I'm finished my all emi under Bajaj finance. I'm submitted my NOC to that showroom, im asking to submit my RC and key but they gived RC only, they didn't submit my key, and also they don't care about my key .
So I have to request you to take action against the showroom and kindly submit my key. Thank u
