Bajaj Auto — Registration number did not received since 16 days are over

I purchased bajaj CT100 bike from raju automobiles, dorangla, gurdaspur, punjab-143526 on dated 10-feb-2021. Dealer has committed to provide registration number within 3 days. Now 16 days have been over. Still i have not recieved my number. Dealer is asking for system issue everytime. I cannot ride my bike on roads without any valid document. I want justice.
