Hello my name is Bishal Chanda I bought a bajaj pulsar 220 bike on 20 dec 2021 from Vishal Auto at Barrackpore. Usually iam going to visit for my first service of my bike then they put tvs synthetic mobil to my bike I stopped them I tell them not to put tvs mobil on bajaj bike . They told me that mobil is came from bajaj company if you not replaced the mobil of first service than you lose your warranty period. So I'm very unsatisfying with them and came to my own local garage and replaced the mobil which is motul 7100 20w50. Then the second service period came my bike is having some problems like the throttle body is not working. So i visit to the Vishal auto they sent me to the Authorised dealer MS Bajaj Naihati. I visit there and they told me the throttle body is not working. When I go to the manager he called to Vishal auto and asked my bike details. Then the manager of ms Bajaj told me no your bike is out of warranty we are not give you the service . You need to replace it from your own. Vishal Auto said me that you are not doing 1st service from there. Really the manger is behaving very rude to me and then I came back from there with my bike problem. Day by day a lady call me from MS Bajaj Naihati to remind my service period and I also told them the exact scenario what I am facing. But they didn't help me... So my bike age was 7 months old so i request you that please solve my problem. Please change my throttle body in the warranty period. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
