[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — service complaint for bajaj avenger tn 37 bq 6458 | |||
I am dr. R. Gopinathan from coimbatore. I have a bajaj avenger 220 2013 model (Tn 38 bq 6458) which has run close to 85000 kms. I had given my bike to service at aditya motors at trichy road coimbatore on 09.06.2018 and was promised to be delivered on 11.06.2018. The service advisor who took charge of my bike is mr. Vijay and i had asked him the cost of the service to which he replied that it would not cross more than rs.6200/-. I went to the service centre again on 11.06.2018 around 5.00pm and was shocked to see my bike was not attended to. The service centre manager mr. Rajesh told me that the work on my bike was not completed due to lack of labor and he assures to complete the service by 12.06.2018. Again i went on the next day by 6.00 pm to see my bike serviced but i was shocked to see the bill amount to be around rs.8, 037/-. The labour was around rs.2100/-. They had charged individually for labor stating that 4 to 5 technicians had attended and the cost for each spare attended to is mentioned. I see that many people get their car serviced for 5000/- but this is the first time i am seeing a bike service cost overrs.2000/-. Was this information helpful? | |||
