Hello sir am sending this email to inform you about the extreme inconvenience and cheating I faced today at yours

M/s Pioneer motors (65635)
Kerala .near kaniayapuram bus stand.
Tvm (state code 32)

My bike was submitted for regular service on Friday, ie 6 days from today.it was to rectify the fuel gauge meter, since the float had issues multiple times.
Now issues began at the service centre, where initially they declined to accept the vehicle saying that the accessory is out of stock and this will take more than a month..I Checked with service head in tvm, he was a kind guy, atleast sorted out the accessory and delivered it to this particular service centre.this took almost a week, and I did not had access to a vehicle.

Now the real issue happened today as they delivered my bike, I had specifically mentioned 6 checks and rectifications in my job card.
The guy had wrote it all down keenly on that date .today when I received my bike, I found that services were undone.
Not only that when I had submitted my bike, I was told tank cleaning would be there so it will take 3 days.today the service engineer there named Mr SAJITH says that no tank cleaning was done and when I enquired why the fuel meter is not responding, he told there is no petrol that's why.i took his word ignoring the fact that when I had submitted the bike it had more than 2 litres of fuel in it.so I went ahead and filled my byk with 3 liters of petrol.still the fuel needle doesn't move a bit ...this clearly shows that eighther they did not change the float in the tank or proper supervision was not done there during the service.
When I got my vehicle, mr SAJITH himself told me it's clear and rectified.

When I again asked him why there is a new sound from the front, he said it's because the bike is not hot, so when it runs a few kms, the sound will be gone..I don't know how these guys are recruited and on what criteria.

I feel extremely frustrated and cheated now as this case was even attended by a manager named Krishnan when intialy the purticular show room had denied my service too.
I have had only done showroom services till date.
Am moving to cx affairs as am cheated by popular Bajaj, kaniayapuram
Attaching the job sheet and invoice of the job that was not done.and guys who even stole petrol from my bike.

I bought a Bajaj Dominar recently and I only rode the bike for 140 kms and found that the coolant is decreasing drastically which shouldn't occur there is no coolant leakage at all. I think the coolant is mixing with the engine oil and this may be a serious issue
