Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
The Bajaj service centre counterpart of the ktm showroom has got some of the worst orientation/systems set up to deal with customers. Bajaj, you guys are going to looe a lot of customer trust if you don't do something about this.
So, a bike spare part I ordered around August 1st week (paid half the advance), I have not heard from the entire team after that. Where is it, how many days ? What's the possible hiccup ? naaada.
I called about 4 freaking times to get the update, lazily replying to me about the status or that it's still on the way or that they'll call back and never actually do.
It's taken a toll on me, it's October 15th and still waiting at the pathetic waiting room until 4:00 pm (lunch 2-3 pm) for getting the spare part I ordered.
Get your act together guys. The systems and orientation is TERRIBLE. Was this information helpful? |
