Dear Bajaj Team,
My name is Srikanth, I had submitted my pulsar 150 twin disc in tirumala service center, ongole on 09/06/2022 with a complaint of Bike met with an accident. I got the estimation from your team of about 26500/- which is the cost of spares which are not necessary to replace. I was shocked to see that how they are stealing customers' money, My point is after submitting my bike for service they committed to deliver my bike on or before 17/06/2022 but still they keep on saying that wheely spare not received and today i was very upset about the phone response from your team. They keep on saying that they will update the status but I have not received a single call from your team and moreover when I call them I am not getting any proper response from them. I never expected this type of service from bajaj. I am attaching the call recording so that you may have an idea about the response of your team to customers.

Contact on phone for status:- 27/06/2022
All these days I have not received a single call or update from your team and when I made a call for status they are giving the wrong commitment and status to me.
