Bajaj Auto — Worst service center for my D400 and not till now my issue not solved!

Hi Bajaj,

My name is Pamidimukkula Karthik, I purchased the vehicle @ Varun Motors Kondapur Hyderabad - 500084, Telangana of (D400 Model: 2021, Km’s reading: 13800 only) Date of Registration: 07/06/2021 Vehicle Registration No: TS07HS4726, Chasis No: MD2A67MX4M4MCM03643 and Engine No: JFXCMM10363.

From day one is facing frustrated with the issue with my vehicle and my main and only reason is (while running it is getting stops and getting worse in the engine and other parts) and continuously facing this issue, I was visiting the service center @Varun Motors Kondapur only so many times but there not solving it and stealing some parts while taking at the delivery time there not providing me Invoice as well and saying that include in warranty so the bill will be not issued. If I gave them a bike for resolving they take almost two to three weeks in the showroom only at the time of giving and I don’t have any satisfaction till now they make some damages to the bike like scratches with big marks and stealing some parts like bike rear seat luggage strap, medical kit and doubted and original engine parts which provided by the showroom. I doubt they provided me Demo Bike, starting at the time of my new delivery time with so many issues in it. The Bike is not getting started immediately taking some time to start it and stopping while running the bike I do have some invoices and bills as well they provided me. This is my life and death matter while riding and your manufacturing vehicle. These would be my final request from my end or I will be filing a case in consumer court and not giving the best satisfactory service. So am going to file a cheating case.

The service center manager wants proof while running and he had done some trials with it but at that time the problem not occurred they ride it one time only, of course, my vehicle is getting off sometimes only not all the time. But even though it's very dangerous to me while riding in it and at the main of the engine starting get Rust, I don’t know after using it only 13k Kilometers.

What are the changes done by the service center while in the warranty now, Head Light, Radiator, and engine parts can’t name it properly should check with them because they didn’t provide me with bills also, and still changing but I don’t trust them do they change it or not in originally?

What are the changes done by the service center on Paid Service: Clutch plates time till now has not much satisfactory, the clutch wires are three to four times plus, and still right now in First or second gear I can’t able to cross the above 55+kmps due to low RPM, Brake pads five times with not good maintenance and still it’s not working fine. While getting oil leak from the engine they had close with some gas kits or oil seal so many times or for every chain Lubrication and till now also I have to be changed all that with the waste of my money, efforts and time.

Starting from the Date 07/06/2021 to till now every month for two to three weeks my bike is in the showroom only and I do have some proof Like call logs and recordings of the bike stopping and not getting started. Please as per my request to the higher team of Bajaj rectify my problem.

I do face some nearby death accidents of sudden bike stops while riding and even informed the showroom but there not show me some

After my last complaint, still, I didn't gotten any call from any senior authorities, I hope this will not work I think so if anybody is listening to my problem please let me know. waiting for your response🙏.
