This is regarding your query related to your FDR investment. We totally understand the concerns you are facing in this regard and sincerely regret for the inconvenience. We will surely help you in all best possible ways.

It is true to mention that Plethico has failed to repay the dues of the Investors on time, but for the same, petitions have been filed in Courts. Please find below updated details of the company.

Plethico Pharmaceutical Ltd.
The court hearings are going on in Indore High Court regarding repayment issues.

Please note that in Plethico, several winding up petitions were taken up before Indore High Court on 19/06/2018 and the same were adjourned to 20/08/2018. 
Earlier, the matter was taken up on 14/05 for hearing. It was submitted by the company workers that they have not been paid the salary since December, 2017 & the factory has stopped working. It was also alleged that the Directors are trying to dispose off the assets of the company. In view of the same the Hon'ble Court has directed the Court Official to take physical possession of the assets of the company in order to ascertain whether any misappropriation has taken place or not.
Next date of Hearing is 20/08/2018.

We and our legal department are keeping a track and strictly following up the matter.
