Actually sir i have applied for personal loan...
But finally i found that the finance company was fraud..
Now please tell me the solution for refund my ammount

I am receiving threatening calls from Bajaj finance every 4 to 5 minutes for the payment of 1 EMI due on 2 wheeler loan from number [protected] and [protected] as I said to pay the EMI at the end of the month online but the lady on the phone is pressuring me to pay in cash to the person who she sends.
