I had made an investment of rs 50000 in plethico pharmaceutical fixed deposit on 25 jul 2011 and the maturity date was 24 jul 2013. I made this investment through bajaj capital office rajkot with fd receipt no. 9383 in public category and it was cumulative scheme for 24 months. It is in my name-harsharan singh.
Tell me the status of my fd at present. The original documents were send more than two years back through bajaj capital for maturity amount but till this day i have not received the cheque. I belong to a very humble family and iam in the urgent need of money. I have been waiting for more than two years for my hard earned money which i invested in your company four years back on 25 jul 2011 for two years.
I belong to defense forces and want my own hard earned money back i had filed a complaint to company law board mumbai bench with the complaint no. 2112/2014. Clb mumbai bench had passed an order directing company to release the maturity amount of my fd on 27 jun 2014 (My serial no. 98) but even then i have not got my money from plethico pharmaceutical company. Please approach the company to resolve my complaint as you being the broker of the company for fds.

Sir last 10 days continuasly bajaj calital patna, new branch near-jagdeo path, front of pillar no-5. Some staffs of branch called me that 1 kitchen set & some other gift u got by gift coupen i filled in big bazaar in patna, i went with my spouse, not any kitchen set & other gift given by branch staffs, only a bowl set given, at firstthe staffs misguided me in phone.
I understand 2 plans in bajaj allianz lic ltd & debit rs.25000 by hdfc swipe machine by my pnb debit card same time.
I given photocopy of my pan & aadhar & signed the form but not given bank passbook statement demanded by staafs.
I m not satisfied so please credit my money in my ac. As soon as possible.

Bajaj capital sent a sales guy to take mutual funds documents. After that for 2-3 years there is auto calling from some server.

I have in vested in 2014. They took my cell number and misusing it from that.
I have dynamic venture portfolio with the organization which incorporates bundle of common assets which i have connected to my diverse monetary objectives of life. Best part that, i get exhaustive give an account of quarterly premise which gives clear photo of my running portfolio. I am too much harassed with these guys.

Complain i have raised but not resolved

I have been receiving calls from bajaj capital for last three years now for some loan repayment which was never taken by me. I had only taken one loan from bajaj which was repaid and i have a noc for that as well post that i had never taken any loan and i have noc document as well. I explained this multiple times even to bajaj capital employee tarun who visited my home and agreed someone has done fraud and no issue with my records and he will get this sorted. Nothing has happened and this issue is pending for last three years and i receive threating calls from people saying i owe them money.

Attached is the document email that explains this very clearly. I need help to take an action against bajaj capital for misusing my documents and harassing me.

As for the scanned copy of my pan card or driving license i will never share these documents with you as i am already in this issue and if i share and something again happens so very clearly i will not share any scanned documents going forward.

As for the information please let me know and i can share my pan card details which is the number and also i can share driving license number if that can help.

Also as i explained your bajaj capital representative tarun has already visited my house and checked all documents. If that again needs to be done just book a time and send someone i will show documents but will not send any copy or picture of my documents.

Finally i am doing an fir as well and will send you a copy of that in a few minutes.

I am having a demat account since 2009 with just trade securities ltd of bajaj capital ltd and my demat id is j25783.

As per their initial plan, the demat brokerage agreed to was 0.2% for delivery and 0.02% for margin trading.

I have recently noticed a discrepancy in the bill, and that excessive brokerage is being charged by bajaj capital, contradicting the above brokerage plan. I have asked for an explanation to just trade customer care, vide my e-mail dt.08.06.2017 referring their bill, for which, there was no immediate reply.
However, vide their e-mail dt.14.06.2017, the customer care of bajaj capital has replied as below:

"we would also like to inform you that in your account brokerage for intra-day is 0.02%. But if you are trading in stocks which are below the value of rs 100 then a flat brokerage of 0.02 paise will be charged on the total quantity.
In your account brokerage charged on 05th june'2017 is rs.400 (Approx). We request you to kindly refer the contract notes for complete taxes and brokerage details."

It is to be noted that during my enrollment, there is no such condition was mentioned that a flat brokerage of 0.02 paise will be charged on the total quantity, for stocks below the value of rs.100/-.

The imposition of this condition in the brokerage is unwarranted and unacceptable, as the same will only serve the interest of the demat provider and not the account holder. Just trade securities should have obtained my consent before implementing or imposing any amendment or changes in their brokerage plan.

Let me explain, how bajaj capital, is looting the money of the unsuspecting traders by imposing the new condition - flat brokerage of 0.02 paise.
As per previous plan, if i buy 10000 shares with market value of rs.15.00, (And sell it for the same value) then the demat brokerage will be rs.60/-
[20000 x rs.15.00 = rs.300000 x 0.02%] – bajaj capital charge for both buy & sell at the same rate.

As per the present plan, bc is charging "a flat brokerage of 0.02 paise on the total quantity for shares below rs.100. If i buy 10000 shares with market value of rs.15.00, (And sell it for the same value) the demat brokerage = 20000 x rs.0.02 = rs.400/-

See, the difference/excessive amount charged by bc by way of the new brokerage pattern is rs.360/- it is a wonder, how sebi is allowing the demat providers to charge or loot their demat holders as per their wish & whim.
I have again contacted customer care of bajaj capital seeking to reverse their plan that prevailed at the time of enrolment. Instead of replying to my demand, they once again repeated their reply as

This complaint is just a tip of the iceberg, and i am going to write a complaint to sebi., and all other online complaint forums about the unethical business conduct of bajaj capital and their day-light robberies, if the company is not returning back to ethical business conduct.

With due respect, I Prem sagar Chaudhary want to inform that I have taken Bharti axa car insurance policy from your agent Mr.Rehan(BAJAJ capital insurance brokin mob. no.[protected]).My policy no.is FPV/S5239761/B1/10/003061.At the time of insurance he told me that there is 90-100% recovery in zero dec.policy.But when I have claimed i get around 60%recovery.So, please recovery my rest amount.I will thankful for that.

I am at Ankleshwar and ur representative come at Ankleshwar for directly not ajent and describe me about policy plan. So I purchase one policy .approx one month and 15 days completed but till i not received any proff of policy, document.
I request you pls check and send positive reply about my policy.

One day I handed my original my pan card and a voter id to my a known friend for the personal loan purpose. He submit to one of his friend who take cares of loans. On the next day he took that pan card to a near by consumer show room to buy the LED television for him using his identity in my pan card (photo fixing) and a fake address proof which is not my residence address originating my documents and also had a fake bank account on my name and also a fake phone numbers in the application which needed for the approval. (which i came to know lately). He showed to the bajaj executive to get the approval and bajaj guy processed the forge documents to the Bajaj Capital office and got the approval this all happened without my knowledge. I think the person have bribed the Bajaj guy so he did the job in favor of him. After a couple of month passed of this incident I went and inquire for a loan for myself to buy two wheeler that time only came across that i have already running a loan on my name and he claimed i am a defaulter for it. I was shocked hearing that so i fetch the details of that loan and i moved to showroom from which the person took the loan. The bajaj guy compared my original documents with the fake one and claimed it was me and fake one identity resembles me. Hearing that crap i shouted on him i told the guy to show the CC footage of that purchase but there he failed saying showroom was getting renovating that time so the footages not available and told me to come next day. so i went next day and I saw few people sitting on the chairs waiting for me I went inside the showroom and I met the Manager of Bajaj Capital there. He showed me forge documents and the purchased bill seeing that i was pissed off. I also made some investigation by myself and to proved that it was not me but the manager not agreed for it and started harassing me to repay the loan saying the pan numbers belongs to you and need to settle the dues. I want to tell one more important thing that very recently I closed my personal loan from bajaj finserv. My question is when they already having my profile why dint they match the forge documents with the original one before giving the approval for this negligence or a mistake made me to repay the loan. So i want to sue all the involvers behind this incident hence, I request to a immediate action on the culprits and provide me the justices. I am innocent and this incident happend a couple of year ago now also I use to get calls from the bajaj and there advocates to repay the loan.

Dear Sir,
I am Arvind Kumar, waiting for the refund of my amount of INR 15, 000 from last months i.e. from 17/12/2016. As per Insurance Relation ship Manager promise, I was supposed to get my money back maximum within a week i.e. upto 24/12/2016. As I was misguided by city life mall Muzaffarpur which is in collaboration with Bajaj Capital and Exide Life Insurance company. Later on i came to know full details that there is no any lucky draw gift for me as i had been told over telephone to come and collect the gift. I decided to get back my money which have been swiped in hurry in the name of gift through debit Card at Bajaj Capital and Exide Life Insurance Muzaffarpur Branch. As i am facing financial problem day by day, kindly try to help in refund the said amount as soon as possible because i can not wait any more now. Insurance Company mailed me that the refund has been processed on 27-Dec-2016 for Rs.15000/- against card no 42136xxxxxxx7933 for MID 50716075 with ARN 74766516362651514629084. But it never reflects in my accounts till this time. I also added the debit receipt.

My name is Vishal Garg (Mobile [protected]). I am client of Bajaj Capital nehru place delhi branch since last around 15 years. Just wanted to inform everyone how unprofessional is their management.

Around a month back, I hv submitted mutual fund redemption to their Gurgaon branch, which was received by Mr Chadda (Sr. Manager) but he lost my redemption form somewhere. Although I hv resubmitted the form again but during the process, the market got crashed n I hv faced the monetary loss. I hv taken up this matter for around 2 months with mr gulshan rai, head of gurgaon branch (sitting in Nehru Place, Delhi Head office) n he assured me that relevant action will be taken n I will get back my refund. However after doing many follow ups, i hv been finally told by mr gulshan that there is no proof available that Mr Chadda had lost my form n respectively it means that I m being their 15 years old client is lying.

I hv also faced the similar situation before with their mr deepak from gurgaon branch, who lost my redemption form but found it later after around two weeks. The purpose of my writing this here is to inform everyone to please be very careful while investing money through them. Thanks

On 26th feb i have join bajaj capital ltd borivali branch. Every month i get salary on time. On 27th may i have given my resignation letter to the hr m/s reshma mendon, and zonal head mr jignesh parikh. The branch manager mr ronak gandhi had told me that you have to wait for one month after that you you will be released. On 3rd june all my colleagues salary has been credited expect me. When i contact hr they are telling me put a mail to me that i accept your terms and conditions and i am ready to wait for 3 months from the date of resignation. After that only your salary will be released so i told to hr that it is not possible me to wait for three months because the company which right now i am joining they cant wait me for 3 months so just cancel my resignation letter so she told me that you have to put a mail that you had cancel the resignation letter and i had put a mail also then she told me your salary will be given it is in process, 3 days gone still i didn't get the salary. Today when ronak gandhi contact hr then also the same reason she is telling. On that time only i gone to meet hr. Mr jignesh parikh and ms reshma mendon they are telling me to write a letter that you will not leave this job after getting the salary if you left this job police will be coming at your home, and take a strict action against you like they are forcing to me to write. On that time only i left the office and came home. So i request you to kindly take strict actions against them and help me to get my salary of may month which i had worked because i am the only one person which is earning.

Nashik bajaj capital.2015.I told them where i wanted to invest my money and accordingly gave them cheque but they invested money into something else. When questioned they said these policies would give more returns. In spite of warning them to invest my money in the funds i wanted i was shocked to receive policy statements at my address. I had to personally go to 2 offices and get the policies cancelled. When i saw the policy papers the signatures were forged.
