[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Air Cooler stopped working in 2 months | |||
I purchased bajaj air cooler from an outlet in Maxus Mall, Bhayander in May 2015. The product stopped working in just 2 months! Now everytime I call the customer care, I get a new complaint number. List of Complaint nos - 7608727 - no action taken. 7463164 - again, no response 7636277 - motor changes as the motor got damaged in just 2 months. I wonder what is the quality! After changing the motor, water started leaking which the technician was not able to repair. I was asked to raise a complaint one more time. 7707669 - a new complaint placed today, dated 16th Sep, 2015 for water leakage. I just want to know if I can get a replacement for this worthless product. How many more times will I have to raise complaints? Was this information helpful? | |||
