I bought Bajaj Cooler on 26 May 2020. But within a month one of its base wheel broke and Bajaj's people instead of repairing or replacing the wheel asking me to shell out 650 Rs for all 4 wheels. Its pretty clear that wheel must have been in very poor condition in the first place.

I have enclosed the picture of cooler, bill (containing phone number and address) and broken wheel.

My compaint id is DEL[protected]-1
I hope hope my grievance will get addressed in fair manner so Bajaj Electrical will replace the broken wheel free of cost considering its a newly bought product.

I have been complaining about my geyser not working since long 3 months now. But no one is paying any deed. They provide a new complaint number everytime i call and then it gets auto closed.
I have dropped more than 50 mails till date to the consumer care email id.
But no one came to check it.
Worst experience iam facing. So much of follow up.
This is frustating.

I have bought the water geyser bajaj shakti, 25 leters on 16.5.2017 since then 3 times we faced problem of leakage in the tank of water geyser. No doubt complaints were met and got repaired. As per suggestion of the service engineer i bought pressure volve and got fitted to resolve the issue, but in vain. After every repair it lasted for one to two month or so. Can it be repaired properly and permanently?. This is the second complain since the last incident. Please help.

This is regarding my cooler whose motor shaft is jammed due to corrosion, i need a call back from bajaj electrical technician to explain him further, perhaps if required need to change the motor.

I brought a dc 55 dlx cooler from ramesh sales and services vindhyanagar singrauli madhya pradesh - 486885 on 31st of may'2020.
After 6 to 7 hr working cooler started creating smoke and this was happened early in the morning.
Please arrange for repairing asap.

Couplings of food processor not working, once i got them replaced on payment basis, but the problem re-occurs just after a month. There will be problem in the machine, by that the problem re-occurs or else i have to spend to replace couplings on monthly basis.

Sir I purchased Bajaj calenta water heater /geyser capacity 15 Ltr on 16 Nov 2019 from Army CSD canteen. After installation it worked for few days after that it stoped itself.The light is not comming out in the geyser....

Some problems in fanmotor and one wheel is damaged and dear bajaj what is problem please solve is problem fast

Ineed to find solution for the bajaj new fan issue. We purchased a new baja fan (Florella 1200 mm white. Cool grey) from rajdeep electricals & lighting palace, sanjaynagar on feb 09, 2020.

We installed the fan and it was not working. When we asked the shop people they told to contact customer care and they dint help us. When i contacted customer care, complained was registered and one person was appointed. He came for two days for the repair and told some board has to be replaced, later after 2 days he told that part is not available and ask for replacement of the fan.

After that i contacted customer care and they gave me one number [protected] who did not receive the call nor called back for 2 days and not even now.
Later again customer care gave another number swami [protected], who did not receive the call.
Later another number of gangadhar [protected] who came to house for repair and area sales manager [protected] was given who turned out be the same.

Please help me in replacing the part or the whole fan.
