Ineed to find solution for the bajaj new fan issue. We purchased a new baja fan (Florella 1200 mm white. Cool grey) from rajdeep electricals & lighting palace, sanjaynagar on feb 09, 2020.
We installed the fan and it was not working. When we asked the shop people they told to contact customer care and they dint help us. When i contacted customer care, complained was registered and one person was appointed. He came for two days for the repair and told some board has to be replaced, later after 2 days he told that part is not available and ask for replacement of the fan.
After that i contacted customer care and they gave me one number [protected] who did not receive the call nor called back for 2 days and not even now.
Later again customer care gave another number swami [protected], who did not receive the call.
Later another number of gangadhar [protected] who came to house for repair and area sales manager [protected] was given who turned out be the same.
Please help me in replacing the part or the whole fan.
